GENERAL CONDITIONS

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES
Arrival from 15.00 to 21.30 (arrival after 21.30 is not guaranteed unless notified).
Departure until 10:00.
In case of departure after the scheduled time, by regulation, an additional night will be charged. For all rooms/beds, the minimum periods of stay and changeover days indicated in the price list and on the website apply.

THE RATE INCLUDES:
The daily rate includes the price per night for room or bed and breakfast. The tourist tax is not included (1.50 euro per person per night - over 12 years of age).
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservations are accepted only for stays equal to or greater than the minimum stays indicated in the price list and on the website. The reservation acquires binding value only after the payment of the deposit indicated by the Management or the sending of the credit card number as guarantee and the subsequent sending of the written confirmation. It is not possible to transfer the reservation to third parties without the authorization of the Management. In case of late arrival or early departure, all days booked must be fully paid.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Standard reservations can be canceled/modified free of charge only if the changes are communicated at least 3 days before arrival and according to availability (the 72 hours from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival are counted). The cancellation/modification must be sent in written communication. In case of failure to cancel within the terms of a standard reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified and the full amount must be paid upon confirmation. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, except for written communications, the room or bed will be considered free from the day following the arrival itself.

PAYMENTS
The balance of the stay must be paid strictly upon arrival of the guests. Payments can be made in cash (within legal limits) or by VISA, MasterCard, CartaSì, American Express, Bancomat credit cards. The tourist tax must be paid upon arrival in cash.

Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of the general conditions.

REGULATION

ACCEPTANCE
Anyone intending to access the hostel for any reason must obtain authorization from the Management. For this purpose, the identity document of each individual person must be delivered to the Management for legal registration. The access and presence in the hostel of unauthorized persons involves:

• violation of the Public Safety Regulations;
• violation of the art. 614 Criminal Code (housebreaking);
• violation of the art. 633 Criminal Code (invasion of land and buildings);
• violation of the art. 624 of the Criminal Code (theft of services);
• crime of contractual fraud.

The Guest is required to check the accuracy of the registrations at the time of acceptance, to report any discrepancy to the Management and to notify the changes in advance, such as the arrival and departure of people.
A magnetic key will be delivered upon arrival. Loss or damage to the key involves the payment of a penalty of 5 euros.


MINORS:
Unaccompanied minors (< 18 years) are not allowed to enter. Minors must be accompanied and must stay together with their parents or persons with parental authority, who are responsible for ensuring that the rules of the hostel are observed and respected. Adults are also responsible for the behavior of their children, whose liveliness, education and needs cannot be detrimental to the peace, safety and hygiene of the other guests.

BAIL
In the case of groups, the members of the group are required to pay a security deposit (in cash) which can be charged for any damage caused to the accommodation or its furnishings and equipment.

VISITORS
The Management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and day guests with a free short-term permit, compatibly with the organizational needs of the accommodation complex. A subsequent extension of the stay must be authorized by the Management and involves the payment of the stay according to the price list. The hostel customer is required to ensure that their guests are in possession of authorization from the management and is responsible for their behavior within the hostel.

RESPECT FOR SILENCE
Behaviors, activities, games and the use of equipment that cause disturbance to hostel guests must be avoided at any time. The quiet hour starts at 23:30 and ends at 08:30.BANS
No pets of any kind are allowed in any shared dormitory. 
We kindly ask to guests know to suffer from sleep disorders like chronic snoring or sleepwalking to avoid staying in a dormitory but opt to book a private room. If the phenomenon is so acute to arouse numerous complains from roommates, we reserve the right to request removal from the Hostel or refusal of an extension of stay in facility.
It is also forbidden:

• Throw waste out of the appropriate containers;
• Using a different bed than the one assigned, without having ask for availability at  reception.
  
• Consume food and drink (except water) in the rooms;
• Use audio speakers that can disturb the quiet of other guests in the dorm.
• Stay overnight in the common areas and on the terrace
• Smoking inside the hostel and on the balcony
• Drink alcoholic beverages purchased outside the facility.
• damage the vegetation;

WASTE SORTING
The hostel pays particular attention to separate waste collection, therefore we ask our Guests to use the bins provided within the Structure correctly.

LOST ITEMS
Objects found within the hostel must be handed over to the Management for the obligations prescribed by law.
RESPONSIBILITY'
Management does not respond:

• of any theft of objects and valuables not entrusted and accepted in custody;
• damage caused by other Guests, by force majeure, by natural disasters, by insects, by diseases and epidemics, including those of plants, by falling branches or hanging fruit from trees.

DEPARTURE
Upon departure, we kindly request:

• to remove the bed linen (sheets and towels, NO blankets and mattress covers) and put them in the special trolleys that are located on each floor in front of the stairs and lifts
• return the keys and towels  to the reception 

If the room is not vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure, the Guest will be required to pay an additional overnight stay. The Management reserves the right to carry out checks on the state of the room, charging for any damage or breakage.

The Management reserves the right to expel those who, in its unquestionable judgement, violate the regulations or, in any case, disturb the harmony and spirit of the accommodation establishment, damage the smooth running of community life and the interests of the accommodation complex. Guests who have already been expelled or recalled will not be able to re-enter the hostel without a new, specific authorization from the Management.

AREA UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
We remind our guests that for security reasons the common areas of the hostel are subject to video surveillance cameras.

Entering the hostel implies acceptance and full compliance with these regulations which may be supplemented, separately, by additional regulations that the Management deems suitable for better functioning of the hostel.
